Week 1: Thursday was our first full day of exercise and although the class block is 75 min, it didn't really feel like that long because all of our activities were broken up into short bursts of activity.

I was going to do a H.A.B.I.T. class at the afc, but after all the core work I've already done I'm going to try to change it up and do some long distance running instead.

Goals: Register for a 5k within the month

  1. Great job in class! Breaking up the activities really makes the task seem less daunting. I am glad that you are setting goals! This will help you be accountable with your training.
